About Sarah

“If you don’t get lost, there’s a chance you may never be found" - Anonymous

So I seem to have misplaced myself.

Thanks so much for stopping by. My name is Sarah, I'm almost 29 and a stay at home mother of three from Sydney, Australia. After having three kids, I realised I had lost myself in the daily grind of cooking, cleaning, school drop offs, stepping on lego pieces, wiping noses and guiding my children through life lessons. There just wasn't time or space for mummy to do much of what mummy wanted to do. I'm passionate about a page turner that makes you cry. I love a sushi feast and a good cup of coffee. I love helping others.

How can I help you?

As a mother and a nurturer, I am severely guilty of not nurturing myself. As busy as life can get with work, kids, family, commitments and dentist appointments I now understand how important it is to feed and fulfill yourself. Feed that passion you forgot you had. Put yourself back on the to-do list. Rearrange your priorities. Life is far too short. Let me encourage you to nurture yourself.

I am determined to find that passion again and express it. With the hopes to inspire to you chase your passion and find yourself amongst the chaos of bills and extra curriculum activities. With almost 10 years of motherhood under my belt I realised I must have SOME kind of valuable insight to share with the world. Share what I know and learn what you know.

After watching a documentary on the dwindling environment, combined with wanting to live a simpler life, our family is on a minimalist/ zero waste journey where we are striving to live a more intentional life, whilst making choices and changes to lower our carbon footprint on this place that we all call home.

Under the disguise of night, and with the help of online university, I am currently working towards my BA in Corporate Information Management and Librarianship. This means getting to know and understanding the community you serve and getting them what they need when they need it. It's not just about putting books on a shelf and filing. If anything my degree has forced me to keep up to date with developments in publishing and the internet. And so now, here we are.

Grab a cup of coffee and get comfy, we may be here for a while.

Sarah.
